This is the second review of Inwatchsale.co but a friend told me I should give them another chance because he received a wonderful replica IWC watch. So I listened to him and decided try their watches again. This time, I didn't buy a Tag Heuer like I did when I wrote my first review of inwatchsale.co , I went for the same brand as my friend, IWC replica watches. And guess what I received?
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
Even thought I ordered a replica IWC Portuguese watch I received a Rolex Milgauss. And to top it all, the Rolex I received was broken. The pins fall off as soon as I took off the plastic. I know this is a common mistake on replica watches but only if you buy really cheap ones.
The Site: Usability and Design
Since the last time I reviewed them and their replica watches, they added a few more models but besides this everything is the same. They have the same boring photos and the same unattractive layout. Another thing I've noticed is that they have IWC replica watches that were never made by the original company, so be careful!
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
They have the same lazy customer support agents. I told them many times about their mistake but they just don't listen! And they don't care either! They told me their system crashed and the orders were mixed up. But I shouldn't worry because I'll receive what I ordered soon. But more than three weeks have past and still nothing.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
I received my replica watch in 6 days, that's better than last time I ordered. But what good if the watch is not what I wanted and it's broken.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
Their return policy is pretty clear but apparently they can bend a few rules. They told me I can keep the broken watch (like I could ever wear it) and they will also send the replica IWC Portuguese I've ordered.
The Bottom Line
I decided to give this replica watches site another change in good faith but it was a big mistake. I'll wait one more week for my watch and if they still won't send it, I'll solve this with my bank. I'll keep you posted!
